How to Use Your FixedForm™ Meniscus Brace
1. Getting the Right Size
A proper fit is the key to comfort and support. Measure the circumference of your leg about 4 inches (10 cm) above the center of your kneecap, with your leg relaxed and slightly bent. Compare your measurement to our Size Chart. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed, comfortable fit.
How to Put It On (follows the 4 steps in the product images)

Step 1 — Position the brace
Sit down and slightly bend your knee. Hold the brace open by both V-shaped straps and place the padded center behind your knee.
Step 2 — Line up the opening
Bring the brace around your leg so the patella opening sits directly over the center of your kneecap.
Step 3 — Wrap the straps
Pull the two V-shaped velcro straps across the front, one at a time, crossing them snugly around your knee.
Step 4 — Adjust your fit
Fasten the straps at the tension that feels secure but never tight. You can re-open and re-adjust the velcro anytime to customize your personal fit.
Finding Your Comfortable Fit
The brace should feel snug and secure without pinching. You should be able to bend and straighten your knee freely. If you feel numbness, tingling, or excessive pressure, loosen the straps and re-adjust.
When & How Long to Wear It
Many people wear their FixedForm brace during activity — walking, workouts, yoga, sports, or long hours on their feet. Start with shorter sessions (1–2 hours) to let your body adjust, and remove the brace during sleep unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.
Care & Cleaning
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron. Fasten the velcro straps before washing to protect the fabric.
A Note on Safety
FixedForm is a supportive comfort product and is not a substitute for professional medical care. If you have a knee injury or persistent pain, please consult a licensed healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use if you experience increased pain, swelling, or skin irritation.
