FIXEDFORM Reports

FIXEDFORM Reports is a private reporting tool for the FIXEDFORM store owner. It summarizes Shopify sales, Meta advertising spend, supplier costs, payment fees and recorded service charges, sends reports to the owner's Telegram account and stores daily report snapshots in Google Sheets.

Privacy and Google user data

The tool requests Google Sheets access to read historical report snapshots and update the configured daily reporting spreadsheet. The current integration operates on the owner's designated reporting tab. The Google permission can technically cover other spreadsheets accessible to the connected account; the reporting workflow uses a fixed spreadsheet destination.

Report snapshots include dates, aggregate sales and costs, order counts, supplier price versions and order references needed to explain missing or estimated costs. Daily snapshots are stored on the reporting server and in the designated Google Sheet. Report summaries are sent to the owner's Telegram account.

This tool is for the store owner's use and does not provide public account registration. The owner can revoke its Google access in their Google Account permissions, and can request removal of saved report data from the reporting server and spreadsheet.

Use and limitations

Reports support internal business monitoring. Advertising data may be delayed and may use a different timezone from the store. Missing fees or supplier estimates are identified in the report. Historical snapshots preserve the cost basis used when recorded. Figures should be reconciled against source statements before being treated as final accounts.
