Shipping policy

We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.

When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery is estimated at 9–12 business days from your order date. This includes 1–3 business days of processing; transit takes the remaining time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping costs

• Standard: free.
• Express: the equivalent of US$5, converted to your checkout currency. Your final shipping charge is shown before payment. An Express delivery date is guaranteed only if expressly stated at checkout.

Tracking and delays

We email your tracking number after dispatch. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show its first update. Carrier or customs delays can affect the estimate.

If your order has not arrived after 12 business days, email support@tryfixedform.com. We will check with the carrier and help resolve the issue. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer a revised date or cancellation with a prompt refund.

Address changes or a missing parcel

Check your address before paying. Email corrections within 12 hours; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing starts.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check with your household and neighbours, then contact us. We will review the delivery details with you and the carrier. A delivery scan alone does not automatically close a missing-parcel claim.
